John Schuts, Chief Winemaker of Derwent Estate, has 25 years of industry experience and has taken on many young winemakers, educating and mentoring them to become leading winemakers, but ultimately restraining them to the style of the winery. Now they get to deviate!
The brief is to produce interesting wines that showcase differing techniques ultimately sharing their trials with new and old wine lovers alike. How far they deviate is up to them!
